14. Lewis³ Thomas Jr. (Lewis², Reuben¹)⁽⁵²⁾ was born in VA, US 1775/1794. Lewis died 1860 at 84 years of age.

He married twice. He married Nancy Powers. Nancy was born in Stokes, NC, US 1837. Nancy(53) was the daughter of James Powers and Elizabeth Heath. Nancy died after 1880. He married Jemima Doss in Washington, VA, US, March 1822.

Lewis Thomas Jr. and Nancy Powers had the following children:

75 i. Arrie⁴ Thomas. She married Nicholas Heath.

+ 76 ii. James M Thomas was born about 1839.

+ 77 iii. Jemima Elizabeth Thomas was born March 25, 1855.

+ 78 iv. John David Thomas was born December 1855.

+ 79 v. Rachel M Thomas was born December 1857.

+ 80 vi. Isabella Thomas was born August 25, 1864.

+ 81 vii. James "Doc" Thomas was born May 1867.

+ 82 viii. Georgia "Dicey_or_Vicey" A Thomas was born March 16, 1872.

Lewis Thomas Jr. and Jemima Doss had the following children:
