He married Mary Ann Trent in Washington, VA, US, March 25, 1852. Mary was born in Washington, VA, US July 1826. Mary(354) was the daughter of Greenville Barnard "Green" Trent and Sarah B "Sally" Thomas. Mary died after 1900.

Andrew E Thomas and Mary Ann Trent had the following children:

+ 378 ii. George Washington Thomas was born August 29, 1856.

381 v. Charity Jane Thomas⁽³⁵⁵⁾ was born in VA, US 1862. Charity died after 1880.
