Now comes your petitioner Sue VanHuss, who resides in ColemanCounty, Texas, the wife of R L VanHuss Decd and respectfully shows to thecourt that her husband died in Coleman County, Texas 9th day of Feby 1920; that the said R L VanHuss left surviving him the following childrento-wit; Earl VanHuss a boy 15 years old; Mabel VanHuss a girl 13 yearsold; Geo. VanHuss a boy 11 years old; Lee VanHuss a boy 9 years old;Ellen VanHuss a girl 7 years old; Dorothy VanHuss a girl 5 years old allof whom reside in Coleman County, Texas; that there is a community estatebetween the said R L VanHuss decd husband and myself; that said R LVanHuss died intestate and was at the time of his death a residentcitizen of Coleman County, Texas.
That the principal property belonging to the community estate ofmyself and my decd husband is situated and located in Coleman County ,Texas.
Therefore your petitioner asks the court to appoint three appraisersto appraise said estate as in other administrations.
