Sarah Nutgrass and John Collings had the following children:

8 i. William³ Collings was born May 9, 1815. William died 1858 at 43 years of age. He married Polly McClain. Polly is the daughter of McClain.

9 ii. Harrison Collings was born December 9, 1816. Harrison died 1886 at 69 years of age. He married Rebecca Collings March 1840. Rebecca was born July 10, 1822. Rebecca was the daughter of Collings. Rebecca died October 25, 1901 at 79 years of age.

10 iii. Grey Collings was born February 23, 1819. Grey died November 29, 1887 at 68 years of age.

11 iv. Isaac Collings was born March 15, 1823. Isaac died June 24, 1893 at 70 years of age. He married Matilda McClain October 1845. Matilda is the daughter of McClain.

+ 12 v. Abraham Collings was born November 15, 1828.

+ 13 vi. John Collings was born April 24, 1829.

14 vii. Jesse Collings was born April 3, 1831. He married Nancy Galsy 1849. Nancy is the daughter of Galsy.

15 viii. Shelby Collings was born in IN, US May 6, 1836. He married Judith Alexander. Judith is the daughter of Alexander.
