He married Mary Jane Ramsey. Mary was born 1833. (Additional notes for Mary Jane Ramsey(70)) Mary died 1909 at 76 years of age.

John Ward Mock and Mary Jane Ramsey had the following child:

70 i. Albert Alexander⁵ Mock⁽⁷¹⁾ was born in Mock's Mill, Washington, VA, US February 6, 1862.
