He married Mabel Walthall. Mabel was born about 1701. Mabel was the daughter of Richard Walthall.

Womack Puckett and Mabel Walthall had the following children:

+ 25 ii. Ephriam Puckett was born January 24, 1721.

+ 26 iii. Isom Puckett Sr. was born September 14, 1723.
