Mary graduated from Washington High School in Washington, IN in 19__. She
received a B.A. in teaching from Indiana State University in 19__. She was a
roommate with Amos's sister, Mary Jane Landis, in college. She taught at Brazil
High School from 197_ to 198_. She was the Guidance Counselor at Cloverdale
High School in Putnam County, IN from 19__ to 199_. She is still living.
Amos Thomas graduated from Rockville High School in 1948. He attended Indiana
University. He was stationed in Alaska. He graduated from Indiana University
Law School in 195 . He raced standard bred horses at county fairs with his
grandfather, Henry Gross, and his brother, Henry Thomas. He has practiced law
in Brazil, Indiana for over 30 yrs. He has about 23.5 acres just outside
Brazil where he has an orchard of over 100 apple trees.
Benjamin Thomas graduated from Brazil High School in 198_. He is graduating
with a B.A. in Mechanical Drawing from Indiana State University in 1994. He has
assisted in the maintenance of his parents' home for many years. He is an
expert in mechanics and repairs trucks, automobiles, and tractors as a
hobby.
