He married twice. He married Lottie Simmonds in Clay, IN, US, July 4, 1887. He married Ada Parish Parish in Clay, IN, US, April 18, 1893. Ada was born in Putnam, IN, US January 10, 1874. Ada died June 7, 1922 in Vigo, IN, US, at 48 years of age. Her body was interred in Highland Lawn Ce.

Samuel Neese and Ada Parish Parish had the following children:

158 i. Lulu⁷ Neese was born in Putnam, IN, US August 18, 1893. Lulu died October 4, 1970 at 77 years of age. She married Samuel Kettler in Vigo, IN, US, June 7, 1922.

159 ii. Ruth Neese was born in Putnam, IN, US May 29, 1895. Ruth died May 23, 1973 at 77 years of age. She married Ed Strong.

160 iii. William "Jenks" Neese was born in Putnam, IN, US November 12, 1897. William died June 12, 1970 at 72 years of age. He married Mary Blair in Vigo, IN, US, May 22, 1922.
