17. Walter Rufus⁶ Blankenbeckler (Matthew Price⁵, Ellen⁴ St._John, Hannah³ Dungan, John Robert², Elisha¹)⁽³⁰⁾ was born June 30, 1891. Walter died August 24, 1963 at 72 years of age.

He married Buelah Gladys Anderson August 4, 1920. Buelah was born June 12, 1892. (Additional notes for Buelah Gladys Anderson(31)) Buelah died July 3, 1952 at 60 years of age.

Walter Rufus Blankenbeckler and Buelah Gladys Anderson had the following children:

23 i. John Campbell⁷ Blankenbeckler⁽³²⁾ (still alive).

+ 24 ii. Walter Neal Blankenbeckler (still alive).

25 iii. Harry Lewis Blankenbeckler⁽³³⁾ was born in Chilhowie, Smyth, VA, US June 2, 1939. Harry died June 9, 1949 at 10 years of age.
