He married Josephine Cassandra Duff. Josephine was born in Abingdon, Washington, VA, US June 7, 1849. Josephine(33) was the daughter of Thomas Jefferson Duff and Ann Elizabeth Spraker Ketron. Josephine died December 22, 1928 in Damascus, Washington, VA, US, at 79 years of age. Her body was interred in Zion Cemetery, Washington, VA, US.
