3 ii. Thomas Cummings⁽⁴⁾ was born 1768.

4 iii. Sarah Cummings⁽⁵⁾ was born 1770. Sarah died 1860 at 90 years of age. She married John Balfour. John was born 1766. (Additional notes for John Balfour(6)) John died 1810 at 44 years of age.

+ 5 iv. Mary "Polly" Cummings was born 1771.

6 v. James Cummings⁽⁷⁾ was born 1773. James died 1840 at 67 years of age. He married Mary Campbell 1802. Mary was born 1773. (Additional notes for Mary Campbell(8)) Mary died 1829 at 56 years of age.

7 vi. Charles Cummings⁽⁹⁾ was born 1776.

8 vii. Amelia Carter "Milly" Cummings⁽¹⁰⁾ was born 1778. Amelia died 1857 at 79 years of age. She married John Gibson 1801. John was born 1775. (Additional notes for John Gibson(11)) John died 1863 at 88 years of age.

9 viii. Nancy Cummings⁽¹²⁾ was born 1779.

10 ix. Robert Edmondson Cummings⁽¹³⁾ was born 1781. Robert died 1861 at 80 years of age. He married Mary Rebecca Campbell 1804. (Additional notes for Mary Rebecca Campbell(14))

11 x. Elizabeth Cummings⁽¹⁵⁾ was born 1783.
