He married Rebecca Florence Ramsey in Damascus, Washington, VA, US, January 25, 1915. Rebecca was born in Damascus, Washington, VA, US December 31, 1891. (Additional notes for Rebecca Florence Ramsey(7)) Rebecca died September 3, 1973 at 81 years of age. Her body was interred in Zion Cemetery.
