He married Ellen Gentry. Ellen was born in Johnson, TN, US February 1814. (Additional notes for Ellen Gentry(192)) Ellen died October 25, 1873 in Washington, VA, US, at 59 years of age.

Jacob DeBusk and Ellen Gentry had the following children:

267 iii. David E DeBusk⁽¹⁹³⁾ was born in Washington, VA, US June 12, 1836. David died September 10, 1913 at 77 years of age. He married twice. He married Sarah. Sarah was born about July 3, 1840. Sarah died July 6, 1901 at 61 years of age. He married Harriet C Widener in Washington, VA, US, October 25, 1866. Harriet was born in Washington, VA, US August 19, 1841. (Additional notes for Harriet C Widener(194)) Harriet died June 12, 1887 at 45 years of age. Her body was interred in Old Glade Sp Cem, Washington, VA, US.
