She married Abraham Gross in Washington, VA, US, December 11, 1817. Abraham was born in Washington, VA, US December 16, 1796. (Additional notes for Abraham Gross(152)) Abraham died June 19, 1869 in Washington, VA, US, at 72 years of age. His body was interred in James Cemetery, Washington, VA, US.

Mary "Polly" Rouse and Abraham Gross had the following children:

180 viii. Elizabeth Jane Gross⁽¹⁵⁷⁾ was born in Smyth, VA, US December 22, 1837. Elizabeth died November 29, 1860 at 22 years of age.
