He married Martha Ellen Cole April 17, 1889. Martha was born 1871. (Additional notes for Martha Ellen Cole(61)) Martha died 1951 at 80 years of age.

Henry Lee Warren and Martha Ellen Cole had the following children:

44 ix. Irby Dennis Warren⁽⁶⁹⁾ was born February 28, 1906. Irby died January 19, 1924 at 17 years of age.

45 x. Granvil Burtis Warren⁽⁷⁰⁾ was born May 14, 1908. Granvil died June 27, 1990 at 82 years of age.

46 xi. Charles Robert Warren⁽⁷¹⁾ was born June 26, 1910. Charles died December 28, 1981 at 71 years of age.
