He married Lovina Smith Mrs. in Louisa, VA, US, December 19, 1782. Lovina was born in Louisa, VA, US April 24, 1761. (Additional notes for Lovina Smith Mrs.(24)) Lovina died April 27, 1842 in Oldham, KY, US, at 81 years of age.

26 vii. James D Byars⁽³³⁾ was born December 6, 1795.
