82. Thompson⁵ Buchanan (John⁴, John³, James², Alexander¹)⁽²²⁹⁾ was born in Rich Valley, Smyth, VA, US March 20, 1817. Thompson died May 30, 1890 at 73 years of age. His body was interred in Plaster Cove, Smyth, VA, US.

He married Lucy C Louthian March 21, 1849. Lucy was born May 13, 1827. (Additional notes for Lucy C Louthian(230)) Lucy died April 18, 1884 at 56 years of age. Her body was interred in Rich Valley, Smyth, VA, US.

Thompson Buchanan and Lucy C Louthian had the following children:
