1. Abraham¹ Blessing, son of Blessing, was born about 1794. Abraham died 1833 at 39 years of age.

He married Martha Jane Thomas in Washington, VA, US, February 4, 1808. Martha was born May 5, 1794. Martha was the daughter of Thomas Thomas and Freelove Cole. Martha died May 8, 1874 at 80 years of age. Her body was interred in Thomas Fam Cem, Smyth, VA, US.

Abraham Blessing and Martha Jane Thomas had the following children:

2 i. William² Blessing.

3 ii. Mary Jane Blessing.

+ 4 iii. Freelove Ann Elizabeth Blessing was born January 12, 1829.
