He married Buelah Gladys Anderson August 4, 1920. Buelah was born June 12, 1892. (Additional notes for Buelah Gladys Anderson(106)) Buelah died July 3, 1952 at 60 years of age.

Walter Rufus Blankenbeckler and Buelah Gladys Anderson had the following children:
