He married twice. He married Martha M Fletcher in Wilkes, NC, US, October 18, 1859. Martha was born October 20, 1841. (Additional notes for Martha M Fletcher(12)) Martha died June 28, 1899 in Denton's Valley, Washington, VA, US, at 57 years of age. He married Polly Thomas in Washington, VA, US, November 6, 1901. (Additional notes for Polly Thomas(13)) Her body was interred in Greenwood Cemete, Washington, VA, US.

Michael Bebber and Martha M Fletcher had the following children:
