37. Wiley Aven⁵ Carpenter (Ella Rosanna⁴ McChesney, Eliza Carolina³ Aven, Timothy², Allen¹ Avent)⁽⁴⁹⁾ was born November 8, 1883. Wiley died April 27, 1965 at 81 years of age. His body was interred in Green Spring Chu.

He married Sallie King Thomas in Cold Spring Pres, TN, US, December 31, 1914. Sallie was born in VA, US March 25, 1883. (Additional notes for Sallie King Thomas(50)) Sallie died September 25, 1962 in Washingtonville, Orange, NY, US, at 79 years of age. Her body was interred in Green Spring Chu.

Wiley Aven Carpenter and Sallie King Thomas had the following children:

47 i. Ella Rose⁶ Carpenter⁽⁵¹⁾ was born 1915. Ella died 1936 at 21 years of age.
