70 ii. Alexander Andis⁽⁸²⁾ was born February 18, 1827. Alexander died February 15, 1899 in Indianapolis, Marion, IN, US, at 71 years of age. His body was interred in Hancock, IN, US. He married America Linder in Hancock, IN, US, June 24, 1854. America(83) is the daughter of Isom Linder and Rebecca Conner.

71 iii. Robert Preston Andis⁽⁸⁴⁾ was born March 25, 1830. Robert died May 9, 1917 in Bourbon, KS, US, at 87 years of age. He married Phebe Low in Hancock, IN, US, August 12, 1852. Phebe was born 1837. Phebe(85) was the daughter of Willard Low and Diantha Drake. Phebe died 1911 at 74 years of age.

72 iv. John M Andis⁽⁸⁶⁾ was born January 24, 1831. John died March 23, 1928 in Hancock, IN, US, at 97 years of age. He married Elizabeth Banks December 29, 1853. (Additional notes for Elizabeth Banks(87))

73 v. Earl Carson Andis⁽⁸⁸⁾ was born October 15, 1833. Earl died January 12, 1900 in Grayson, VA, US, at 66 years of age. He married twice. He married Thursia Cornett. Thursia(89) is the daughter of Levi Cornett and Olive Hale. He married Julia Ann Bourne. Julia was born in Grayson, VA, US February 28, 1836. Julia(90) was the daughter of Martin Bourne and Sarah Smith.

74 vi. Mary Jane Andis⁽⁹¹⁾ was born in VA, US about 1840. Mary died after 1850. She married John Rush in Johnson, IN, US, 1861. (Additional notes for John Rush(92))

William Andis and Mary Scott had the following children:

75 vii. George Wyeth Andis⁽⁹³⁾ was born June 17, 1854. George died December 24, 1936 in Wythe, VA, US, at 82 years of age. He married Margaret Elizabeth Crigger January 5, 1882. Margaret was born 1856. Margaret(94) was the daughter of Ephraim Crigger and Barbara. Margaret died 1957 at 101 years of age.

76 viii. Virginia Alice "Jennie" Andis⁽⁹⁵⁾ was born about 1856. Virginia died June 29, 1946 in Wythe, VA, US, at 89 years of age. She married James Henry Wilson in Washington, VA, US, November 1, 1884. James was born 1856. (Additional notes for James Henry Wilson(96)) James died 1921 at 65 years of age.
