15. Sallie King⁶ Thomas (Sallie Althea⁵ McDaniel, Sallie Jane⁴ King, Sally Lacy³ VanLear, Sarah² Allison, John¹)⁽³³⁾ was born in VA, US March 25, 1883. Sallie died September 25, 1962 in Washingtonville, Orange, NY, US, at 79 years of age. Her body was interred in Green Spring Chu.

She married Wiley Aven Carpenter in Cold Spring Pres, TN, US, December 31, 1914. Wiley was born November 8, 1883. Wiley(34) was the son of John Ryburn Carpenter and Ella Rosanna McChesney. Wiley died April 27, 1965 at 81 years of age. His body was interred in Green Spring Chu.

Sallie King Thomas and Wiley Aven Carpenter had the following children:

24 i. Ella Rose⁷ Carpenter⁽³⁵⁾ was born 1915. Ella died 1936 at 21 years of age.

+ 25 ii. Sara Marguerite Carpenter was born March 17, 1918.
